Do you offer service and maintenance contracts?

Yes. We offer structured maintenance contracts covering regular visits, calibration, and defined call-out response. Contracts can be monthly, quarterly, or annual depending on your plant requirements and budget. A contract ensures priority response and a regular maintenance schedule.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?

Response times depend on your service agreement and location. We aim to respond urgently to instrumentation and automation breakdowns that are affecting production. Contact us to discuss response expectations for your site. Sites on a maintenance contract receive priority call-out response.

Do you issue SANS calibration certificates?

Yes. We issue calibration certificates for instruments we calibrate on site or in-shop. Certificates record the instrument details, calibration date, as-found and as-left readings, traceability reference, and the technician responsible. These can be used for quality management, compliance, and maintenance records.

Can you provide maintenance support during a plant shutdown?

Yes. Planned shutdown and turnaround maintenance is a significant part of our work. We can resource for shutdown periods to carry out calibration, loop checking, instrument replacement, control system work, and preventive maintenance across your plant.

Do you carry spare parts?

We hold a selection of common instrument spares and can source replacements quickly from our suppliers. For critical plant, we recommend agreeing a spares list and minimum stock level as part of your service contract.
