Frequently asked questions
Do you build custom electrical panels to specification?▾
Yes. We design and build custom LV control panels, MCCs, distribution boards, and marshalling panels to your electrical specification or to drawings we produce. All panels are tested before leaving the shop and include full documentation.
Which VSD/VFD brands do you work with?▾
We commission drives from most major manufacturers including ABB, Siemens, Danfoss, Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation, and others. We can commission new drives or re-parametrise existing ones as part of a control system upgrade.
Can you supply panel drawings and electrical documentation?▾
Yes. We produce schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and terminal block layouts. Documentation is issued in PDF and CAD formats as agreed with the client.
Do you perform factory acceptance testing (FAT) before delivery?▾
Yes. Panels are tested in our workshop before delivery. FAT includes functional testing of all circuits, verification of labelling, torque checking of terminations, and review of documentation against the build. Client witnessed FAT can be arranged.
Do you install and commission panels on site?▾
Yes. We provide complete supply, installation, and commissioning. We can also commission panels built by others if you need independent commissioning capability.
