Continuous process operations
Cement, paper, and process plants often run 24/7. We plan installation and commissioning work for planned shutdowns and can stage work to minimise production impact. Shutdown resource is available at short notice under a service agreement.
Harsh process conditions
High temperatures, abrasive materials, and dusty or wet environments are common in these industries. We specify instruments and electrical equipment rated for the process conditions encountered at your site.
High-power drive systems
Mill, crusher, and fan drives in cement and process plants involve high-power VSD applications. We have experience commissioning large drives and integrating them with process control systems.
Hazardous areas in oil and gas
For oil, gas, and petrochemical applications, we work with ATEX and IEC Ex rated instruments and electrical equipment where required. Hazardous area compliance is confirmed at design stage.

Do you work on cement plant conveyor systems?▾
Yes. Conveyor systems for raw material handling, clinker transport, and finished product are a significant part of our materials handling work. We design, install, and maintain belt conveyor systems for cement plant applications including dusty and abrasive material handling.
Can you calibrate instruments in a cement or process plant environment?▾
Yes. We carry out on-site instrument calibration including SANS calibration certificates. Calibration during planned shutdowns is the most common approach for continuous process plants.
Do you commission large VSDs for mill and fan drives?▾
Yes. High-power VSD commissioning for mill, crusher, and fan applications is within our capability. We work with the major drive manufacturers and can liaise with OEM support engineers where required for complex drives.
Can you work at sites across Africa?▾
